Sutter's Mill

60ml Bourbon
20ml Honey
20ml Lemon Juice
2 Pineapple Wedges (1 for Garnish)
Grated Cinnamon (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and double strain into an old fashioned glass. Add garnishes.
