The Clover Club Cocktail
45ml Dry Gin
15ml Dry Vermouth
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Raspberry Syrup
15ml Egg White
2 Raspberries On a Pick (for Garnish)
Dry shake the ingredients well, add ice and shake well again. Strain into a coupe glass and add garnish.
