60ml White Rum
30ml Pineapple Shrub
20ml Coco Lopez
20ml Lime Juice
10ml Thickened Cream
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Toasted Pineapple (for Garnish)
Shake ingredients well and strain into an ice filled tall glass. Add garnish.
