45ml White Rum
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
Soda Water
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Orange Slice (for Garnish)
Build all ingredients but the soda water into an ice filled Collins glass and stir. Top up the glass with the soda water and add garnishes.
