Washington Mule

60ml Apple Brandy
15ml Lime Juice
3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
90ml Ginger Beer
Lime Wedge (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the ginger beer and strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Top up with the ginger beer and add garnish.
