45ml Gin
30ml Lemon Juice
10ml Cherry Liqueur
10ml Orgeat Syrup
3 Dashes of Orange Bitters
120ml Soda Water
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.
