10ml Absinthe
30ml Cognac
30ml Rye Whiskey
10ml Elderflower Liqueur
1 Dash of Simple Syrup
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
60ml Champagne
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)
Stir all ingredients but the champagne and strain into a coupe glass. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
