Corrascal

45ml Dry Amontillado Sherry
10ml Pear Liqueur
10ml Bénédictine
4 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
60ml Dark Sparkling Wine
Star Anise (for Garnish)

Stir all ingredients but the sparkling wine and strain into a coupe glass. Top up the glass with the sparkling wine and add garnish.
