Sunflower
5ml Absinthe
20ml Gin
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Elderflower Liqueur
20ml Cointreau
Lemon Peel (for Garnish)
Rinse a coupe glass with the absinthe, discard it, shake the remaining ingredients and strain into the coupe glass. Add garnish.
