London Calling

40ml Gin
15ml Fino Sherry
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Sugar Syrup
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
Grapefruit Twist (for Garnish)

Shake and strain ingredients into a coupe glass. Add garnish.
