Nolet Sorbet

45ml Vodka
30ml Bianco Vermouth
1 Scoop of Pink Grapefruit Sorbet
10ml Elderflower Cordial
70ml Prosecco
Grapefruit Piece (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into a champagne flute. Add garnish.
