Tattletale

3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
1 Barspoon of Honey
40ml Highland Scotch
20ml Islay Whisky
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into an old fashioned glass and stir. Add garnishes.
