Daisy Royale

30ml Cognac
15ml Dark Rum
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Yellow Chartreuse
10ml Pineapple Gum Syrup
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
30ml Dry Sparkling Wine

Shake all ingredients but the sparkling wine and strain into a coupe glass. Top up with the sparkling wine.
