Kyoto Rose Fizz

60ml Sake
20ml Lillet Rose
1 Tablespoon of Lime Juice
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1 Dash of Sugar Syrup
Half a Teaspoon of Icing Sugar
2 Dashes of Orange Blossom Water
1 Egg White
5-6 Dried Rose Petals
Soda

Shake all ingredients but soda and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up the glass with soda.
