Golden Champagne

Sage Leaf
30ml Gin
1 Tablespoon of Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Elderflower Syrup
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Champagne

Rub the sage leaf around the edge of a champagne flute, shake the rest of the ingredients except champagne and double strain into the flute. Top up with the champagne.
