French Daisy

60ml Cognac
20ml Yellow Chartreuse
20ml Lemon Juice
Half a Teaspoon of Absinthe
30ml Soda Water
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Lemon Slice (for Garnish)
Seasonal Fruits (for Garnish)

Stir all ingredients except soda with crushed ice and strain into a crushed ice filled wine glass. Top up the glass with the soda water and add garnishes.
