Cold Duck 2011

1 Lemon
100ml Champagne
100ml Soda
2 Teaspoons of Camomille Syrup
Dried Petals (for Garnish)

Peel the lemon all around carefully to create a long strip of peel and add the peel to a champagne flute, add the remaining ingredients and add garnish.
