10ml Sweet Vermouth
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)

3 or 4 Strawberries
60ml Cream

Blend ingredients and pour into a hurricane glass. Add garnishes.

30ml Dark Rum
10ml Dubonnet
1 Teaspoon of Grand Mariner
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake and strain ingredients into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.

Leprechaun

60ml Irish Whiskey
Tonic Water
Lime Wedge (for Garnish)

Build whiskey into an old fashioned glass and top up with the tonic water. Add garnish.

Lamborghini

20ml Crème de Café
20ml Cointreau
20ml Sambuca
Cream
Grated Chocolate Flakes (for Garnish)

Layer ingredients in order, floating the cream. Add garnish.

45ml Melon Liqueur
2 Scoops of Vanilla Ice Cream
Strawberry (for Garnish)
Grated Chocolate (for Garnish)

Blend ingredients for 20 seconds to thoroughly mix, pour into a hurricane glass. Add garnishes.
