60ml Vodka
15ml Sugar Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Stir the syrup and juice in a shaker, add the vodka, shake well and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.

Leviathan Cocktail

30ml Brandy
15ml Sweet Vermouth
15ml Orange Juice

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Golden Fizz

45ml Gin
30ml Orange Juice

1 Dash of Cointreau
Soda Water

Shake the gin, juice and syrup and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the soda water and add the Cointreau.

1 Tablespoon of Dry Vermouth
15ml Lemon Juice
1 Dash of Orange Bitters

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

15ml Vanilla Vodka
15ml Strawberry Liqueur
Champagne

Build ingredients into a champagne flute, topping up with the champagne.

Devil Cocktail

40ml Brandy
40ml Green Crème de Menthe

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

30ml Vodka
15ml Blue Curaçao
20ml Coconut Cream
20ml Light Cream
Grated Chocolate (for Garnish)
