60ml Reposado Tequila
120ml Grapefruit Juice
60ml Coconut Water
60ml Soda Water

Shake all ingredients but the soda water and double strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnish.

30ml Añejo Tequila
30ml Angostura Orange Bitters
30ml Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Vigorously dry shake ingredients, add ice and shake again. Double strain into a coupe glass and add garnish.
