Shake ingredients and strain into a wine glass.

Sweet Juniper

45ml Gin
1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
Champagne

Shake the gin and sugar and strain into a champagne flute. Top up with the champagne.

Gin-Schnapp

30ml Peach Schnapps
15ml Gin
30ml Orange Juice
Champagne
Peach Slice (for Garnish)

Build all ingredients but the champagne into a champagne flute and stir. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.

Brass Monkey

15ml Rum
15ml Vodka
90ml Orange Juice

Stir ingredients and strain into an old fashioned glass.

Black Devil

60ml Light Rum
15ml Dry Vermouth
Black Olive (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.

Xantippe

30ml Cherry Brandy
30ml Yellow Chartreuse
60ml Vodka

Stir ingredients and strain into a martini glass.

Blue Moon

20ml Vodka
20ml Tequila
30ml Blue Curaçao
Lemonade

Stir all ingredients but the lemonade and strain into an ice filled tall glass. Top up with the lemonade.
