60ml Orange Juice
3 Teaspoons of Lime Juice
3 Teaspoons of Lemon Juice
3 Teaspoons of Sugar Syrup
3 Teaspoons of 151 Proof Rum
Pineapple Wedge (for Garnish)
Lemon Wheel (for Garnish)
Lime Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the 151 proof rum and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Float the 151 proof rum and add garnishes.

Menehune Juice

60ml White Rum
2 Teaspoons of Orange Curaçao
2 Teaspoons of Orgeat Syrup
2 Teaspoons of Sugar Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)
Lime Wheel (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a crushed ice filled tall glass. Add garnishes.

Rum Daddy

60ml Aged Rum
3 Teaspoons of Absinthe
3 Teaspoons of Velvet Falernum
30ml Sugar Syrup
30ml Lime Juice
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
Orange Wheel (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a crushed ice filled highball glass. Add garnish.

Double Fill Up

60ml Rye Whiskey
20ml Lemon Juice
20ml Simple Syrup
1 Teaspoon of Pomegranate Molasses
4 Mint Leaves (1 for Garnish)

Shake ingredients vigorously and double strain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.

Doc's Dram

45ml Rye Whiskey
15ml Gin
15ml Sherry
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Maple Syrup
1 Teaspoon of Apple Butter
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Apple Fan (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a rocks glass. Add garnish.

45ml Rye Whiskey
10ml Campari
10ml Grand Marnier
20ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Lemon Juice
10ml Ginger Syrup

60ml Japanese Whisky
1 Teaspoon of Scotch Whiskey
2 Teaspoons of Coconut Rum
30ml Orange Juice
15ml Lemon Juice

1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
