The Monroe

45ml Gin
Half A Teaspoon of Crème de Pêche
10ml Orgeat Syrup
3 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
1 Dash of Orange Bitters
15ml Soda Water

Stir all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an ice filled old fashioned glass. Top up with the soda water.

Black Beauty

60ml Vodka
30ml Black Sambuca
Black Olive (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.

Bachelor's Bait

60ml Gin
1 Teaspoon of Grenadine
1 Egg White
1 Dash of Orange Bitters

Shake all ingredients but the bitters, add the bitters and briefly shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass.

The Green Lady

60ml Gin
30ml Green Chartreuse
1 Dash of Lime Juice

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.

Saketini

90ml Gin
15ml Sake
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.

Margaret Moonlight

120ml Gin
90ml Grapefruit Juice
30ml Kirsch
120ml Sparkling White Wine
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the wine and strain into a highball glass. Top up with the wine and add garnish.

Note: this cocktail is a variation of Moonlight and named after the No More Heroes 2 character Margaret Moonlight.

The Blue Train

60ml Gin
30ml Triple Sec
30ml Lemon Juice
5ml Blue Curaçao

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.
