15ml Cognac
15ml Grand Marnier
2 Drops of Angostura Bitters
Champagne
Sugar Cube
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)
Put the sugar cube in a champagne flute. Stir the cognac, Grand Marnier and Bitters and strain into the flute with the sugar cube in it. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
