50ml Padrón Pepper Infused Tequila
15ml Pineapple Sherbet
15ml Triple Sec
20ml Lime Juice
3 Dashes of Lemongrass Tincture
3 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
1 Small Pinch of Sea Salt
Pineapple Leaves (for Garnish)
Padrón Pepper (for Garnish)
Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into an ice filled rocks glass. Add garnishes.
