Vieux Rectangle

45ml Cognac
15ml Dolin Rouge Vermouth
15ml Aperol
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
2 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
2 Dashes of Absinthe
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.
