Nova Scotia Fluff


50ml Whiskey
10ml Red Wine
10ml Lavender Honey
25ml Lemon Juice
1 Dash of Rhubarb Bitters
1 Egg White
Cascade Cranberry
Edible Flower (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the Cascade Cranberry and strain into a highball glass. Top up the glass with the Cascade Cranberry and add garnish.
