Blood Orange Caipirinha

1 Teaspoon of Sugar
1 Lime
60ml Cachaça
60ml Blood Orange Juice
Orange Peel (for Garnish)

Quarter the lime and add it to a shaker with the sugar. Muddle the lime and sugar, add the cachaça and juice and shake and strain into a rocks glass. Add garnish.
