5ml Absinthe
20ml Rye Whiskey
20ml Sweet Vermouth
20ml Bénédictine
2 or 3 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
Maraschino Cherries Speared Onto A Toothpick (for Garnish)
Use the absinthe to coat a rocks glass and discard any excess. Sir the remaining ingredients in a mixing glass and strain into the rocks glass. Add garnish.
