Dandy Cocktail

45ml Rye Whiskey
45ml Sweet Vermouth
3 Dashes of Orange Liqueur
1 Dash of Angostura Bitters
Orange Peel (for Garnish)
Lemon Peel (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a coupe glass. Add garnishes.
