45ml Vodka
10ml Jack Daniel's
20ml Lemon Juice
15ml Fennel Seed infused Honey
5ml House Ginger Syrup
20ml Ginger Ale
Ginger Fan for Garnish
Shake and double strain all ingredients but Ginger Ale into a Collins glass. Top up with the ale and add garnish.
