60ml Bulliet Rye
15ml Averna
5ml Sugar Syrup
Dash of Jerry Thomas' Own Decanter Bitters
Foam of an Egg White for Garnish
20ml Monin Caramel for Garnish
10ml Averna for Garnish
Stir and serve in a chilled rocks glass with no ice. Add the garnishes, floating the foam on top.
