Pineapple Express

40ml Eristoff
30ml Aperol
15ml Yellow Chartreuse
10ml Honey Water
30ml Lemon Juice
Dash of Cherry Bitters
Mint Sprig for Garnish
Lemon Juice for Garnish

Shake and strain ingredients into a pineapple half. Add garnishes.
