30ml Vodka
10ml Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Caster Sugar
1 Egg White
Soda Water
Lime Slice (for Garnish)
Lemon Peel (for Garnish)
Shake all ingredients but the soda water and strain into an ice filled highball glass. Top up with the soda water and add garnishes.
