Sake Snow Cone

30ml Sake
15ml Sparkling Wine
4 Drops of Saline Solutions
2 Tablespoons of Grapefruit Granita
Rosemary Sprig (for Garnish)

Build ingredients into a rocks glass, topping up with the granita. Add garnish.
