Metropole

45ml Cognac
45ml Dry Vermouth
2 Dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
1 Dash of Orange Bitters
2 Maraschino Cherries (for Garnish)

Stir ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass. Add garnish.
