Saratoga

60ml Brandy
1 Teaspoon of Kirsch
1 Teaspoon of Lemon Juice
1 Teaspoon of Pineapple Juice
2 Dashes of Angostura Bitters

Shake ingredients and strain into a cocktail glass.
