Pleasant Evening

20ml Grapefruit Juice
15ml Crème de Cassis
2 Dashes of Peach Bitters
Champagne
Grapefruit Peel (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the champagne and strain into a wine glass. Top up with the champagne and add garnish.
