Pisco Your Own Way

60ml Pisco
30ml Lemon Juice
15ml Simple Syrup
1 Egg White
3 Drops of Angostura Bitters (for Garnish)

Dry shake the ingredients, add ice and shake again. Strain into a cocktail glass and add garnish.
