60ml Vanilla Infused Vodka
15ml Passionfruit Liqueur
30ml Passionfruit Purée
15ml Vanilla Infused Simple Syrup
15ml Lemon Juice
60ml Champagne
Half A Passionfruit (for Garnish)
Shake all ingredients but the champagne and strain into a martini glass. Put the champagne in a shot glass and add the garnish to the martini glass.
