Rhubarb Sour

60ml Gin
30ml Triple Sec
30ml Lemon Juice
120ml Rhubarb Syrup
1 Egg White
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Shake ingredients vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Add garnish.
