5-6 Mint Leaves
4-5 Pineapple Cubes
2 Dashes of Orange Bitters
1 Dash of Agave Nectar
60ml Blanco Tequila
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Muddle the mint leaves, pineapple cubes, bitters and nectar in an old fashioned glass. Top up the glass with ice cubes and tequila, stir and add garnish.
