Pink Flag

2 Sage Leaves
60ml London Dry Gin
10ml Crème Yvette
15ml Lemon Juice
15ml Pineapple Juice
15ml Orgeat

Muddle the sage leaves in a shaker, add the remaining ingredients and shake well. Double strain into a coupe glass.
