Cherry Thyme Sour

60ml Gin
30ml Triple Sec
30ml Lime Juice
120ml Cherry & Thyme Syrup
1 Egg White
1 Dash Angostura Bitters
Thyme Sprig (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the Angostura Bitters vigorously and strain into a coupe glass. Add the bitters and garnish.
