Flirtbird

45ml Mizu 'Saga Barley' Shochu
30ml Yuzu Juice
15ml Agave Syrup
2 Shiso Leaves (1 for garnish)
Taiwanese Plum Powder (for Garnish)

Rim an old fashioned glass with the plum powder, shake ingredients vigorously and strain into an old fashioned glass. Add garnish.
