Italian Buck

30ml Amaro Montenegro
30ml Cynar
15ml Lime Juice
90ml Ginger Beer
Lime Wedge (for Garnish)

Shake all ingredients but the ginger beer and strain into an ice filled Collins glass. Top up the glass with the ginger beer and add garnish.
