Air Mail

60ml Light Rum
15ml Lime Juice
15ml Honey Syrup
60ml Dry Sparkling Wine
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)

Build the sparkling wine into a coupe glass, shake the remaining ingredients and strain into the coupe glass. Add garnish.
