Home On The Range

3 Dashes of Angostura Bitters
10ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Cointreau
60ml Bourbon
Lemon Twist (for Garnish)
Orange Twist (for Garnish)

Build ingredients in order into an old fashioned glass and stir. Add garnishes.
