The Harlem

50ml Gin
80ml Pineapple Juice
10ml Maraschino Liqueur
Maraschino Cherry (for Garnish)
Dehydrated Pineapple Wedge (for Garnish)
Mint Sprig (for Garnish)

Shake and strain ingredients into a Collins glass. Add garnishes.
