Georgia Peach Julep
45ml Cognac
15ml Peach Brandy
2 Teaspoons of Superfine Sugar
5 or 6 Mint Sprigs (1 for Garnish)
1 Barspoon of Jamaican Rum
Muddle the mint sprigs in a julep cup, add the remaining ingredients, stir and add crushed ice. Add garnish.
